Emily Armstrong
While Emily has been heavily involved in real estate for over a decade, Emily Armstrong has been immersed in real estate for the majority of her life. Emily first began working with Jim Brooks, CEO of The Brooks Team. During her tenure with The Brooks Team, 2005 to 2014, Emily climbed from the bottom of the totem pole all the way up to Vice President of Operations. She was the #2 high rise agent in the state of Nevada for multiple years and during the recession their team was the #1 short sale team in the state of Nevada for many years as well. In 2014, she moved from Las Vegas to Orlando and is now working with Keller Williams.
Emily is currently the team leader of Armstrong Family Group. Taking its name after her parent's family business. While being a top producing agent she is also coaching and mentoring her team as they rise to the top of the local market. In addition to real estate Emily also runs a local networking group with the top business professionals in the city. The Movers and Shakers Collective is growing at a rapid rate and is quickly becoming a must be apart of group.
Kevin Cruz has been helping people from around the United States buy homes in Central Florida, ever since joining the real industry at the age of 19. While finding homes for those looking to buy, he has also helped those looking to sell their current homes and move into a different chapter of their life. As someone who has spent his entire life in the Orlando area, he has a vast knowledge of the area and its surrounding regions. Outside of real estate, Kevin enjoys watching films, traveling the globe, and discussing politics. He hits the gyms in the early hours of the morning and after a day at work, he goes home or rewinds with friends or family. Kevin is a UCF graduate and went to Celebration for his primary schooling. He is also a first-generation American, having Venezuelan and Lithuanian ancestry.
